EncryptedClientHello (ECH) extension in TLSv1.3 This scan aims to measure the extent to which the Encrypted Client Hello (ECH) extension in TLSv1.3 is used and deployed across different networks. Each measurement involves establishing a single TLS connection and terminating it immediately to minimize resource usage. 141.76.94.18
